"Austin Bates, was a great agent to work with. He not only understood my insurance needs but was helpful in directing me along the sometimes complicated route of the insurance lingo.
He also got really the best insurance rate from all the companies that provided me with quotes. The coverage was even better than what I had and a lower premium. He was patient with me with my questions and if he did not have the answers was honest to tell me, but that he would get the information to ensure that accurate."
