"He tells you that you’re getting all these great perks (one being free windshield repair) on your insurance then when you use said perks they’ll send you to underwriting for “too many claims”. Three windshields in 2 years & one claim that was supposed to be closed out because we fixed the vehicle ourselves when they tried to total my car. We are still disputing claims and he acts like it’s no big deal. Him & State Farm are a joke. Update in response to his reply: my mistake, 4 windshields. But the rest of the review is completely accurate. Which is the whole point of the review in the first place. You mishandle claims and are zero help with the underwriting disputes."
